Any reproduction or unauthorised distribution of all or part of the features and information on this site is prohibited. Content is available for private, non-collective use.

In accordance with France's Intellectual Property Code, disclosure is permitted for "copies or reproductions reserved strictly for the private use of the copier and not intended for collective use" (Article L122-5.2° and 3°a) or analysis and short quotations for the purposes of example and illustration. However, "any complete or partial performance or reproduction made without the consent of the author or of his successors in title or assigns shall be unlawful" (Art. L122-4). Any such representation or reproduction, by any means whatsoever, would constitute an infringement punishable under Article L335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.

In accordance with Law No. 98-536 of 1 July 1998 transposing into the Intellectual Property Code Directive 96/9/EC of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, the ESEC is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases included in this site.

By accessing this site, you acknowledge that these data are legally protected, and in accordance with the aforesaid law of 01/07/98, you are prohibited from extracting, storing, reproducing, representing or retaining, directly or indirectly, in any medium by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial content of databases from the site to which you have access, to make the extraction or repeated and systematic reuse of qualitatively and quantitatively insubstantial material when such operations manifestly exceed conditions of normal use.
