Investing in the futur e: rebuilding a public higher education service

Although France has achieved and even exceeded its target of 80% of each generation obtaining a baccalaureate, leading to the massification of higher education, it has failed to match this ambition with the necessary resources. The ESEC believes that there is an urgent need to rebuild the public higher education system in order to prepare and anticipate a future for our young people and our society.
