    Overview
    Présentation

The Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the war in Ukraine and its consequences for the EU's energy
supply, have highlighted the bloc's dependency  where vital products and goods are concerned.

There is an urgent need to work effectively ansd in a coordinated manner towards real strategic autonomy for European Union.

The EESC is putting together a set of recommendations aimed at promoting a strong and strategic Europe in economic and commercial terms, capable of defending a socially equitable roadmap for environmental and digital transitions.
